Indoor visitations start this week!

All emergency contacts were notified by phone calls and voicemails.  These visits will continue to happen as long as the facility remains COVID free and the county positivity rate remains low enough.

If one person, staff or resident, tests positive for COVID, we must top visits until we are COVID free for 2 weeks.  At this time, we are not testing residents and staff members were tested this week.  If any test returns positive, we will have to push the visits back.

These visits will have restrictions and we ask that you help us respect those restrictions per CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID, infection control citations and fines to the facility.

  • Each resident may have a list of 5 people who are allowed to visit and no one under the age of 16
  • No more than 2 visitors at a time
  • Must be scheduled ahead of time.  Available times are between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Monday and Friday; between 10:00am and 6:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.  We will not do visits at 2:00pm due to shift change in the facility.  *Other accommodations can be made if there is a unique circumstance outside of these times*
  • Visit lengths are limited to 30 minutes
  • 6 feet of social distancing is required.  We cannot allow touching, hugging or kissing
  • You must be screened by staff and cannot have signs or symptoms or have test positive in the last 10 days prior to your visit
  • We will log all visits with names, numbers and addresses of all visitors
  • Residents in observation following admission or hospital stay are unable to have indoor visits at this time.
